Acts 13

The unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles against the brethren.

Certain Jews from Antioch and Iconium stoned Paul and drew him out of the city, believing he was dead.

However, Paul arose and went into the city.

It was several days before Paul was able to preach again.

When Paul and Barnabas heard that the people were going to worship them, they tore their clothes.

The apostles told the people to turn from their vanities to the living God who made heaven and earth.

God gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons.

Paul and Barnabas refused to preach in Derbe.

Paul and Barnabas exhorted the people to continue in the faith.

The apostles preached that believers must, through much tribulation, enter into the kingdom of God.

Paul and Barnabas did not ordain any elders.

The men told the church how God had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles.
